Changes to Housing Option Services
Our existing services to help the homeless and people wanting to find another home are moving back to the Council in February 2014
Over the last ten years we have provided these services under contract with Bradford Council. During this time we have helped 46,600 residents across the district with their housing needs and, in particular, assisted nearly 7,000 homeless households.
We would like thank our staff in our Open Moves service for providing these housing services that have been vital to the district. Our priority now is to make sure these changes go as smoothly as possible and to continue to work with the Council to meet the housing needs of the district.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Aire-Wharfe Properties
Incommunities properties and other Housing Association properties in the Aire Wharfe area will be allocated under a different system. The Choice Based Lettings system will no longer operate. Instead there will be two routes to apply for housing. To visit the Aire Wharfe Allocation Website for further information please click. Here
